Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee various projects at an established food manufacturing client based on the Wirral.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled pipefitters and fabricators to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Assign and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipe systems for various projects.
  • Prepare detailed risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for projects.
  • Manage the procurement and ordering of materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Provide accurate quotes for small to mid-size jobs, including labour, materials, and other resources.
  • Organise and manage labour resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice Trained Pipe Fitter or Welder and Fabricator.
  • Experience working in Food Manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
