Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs to ensure financial stability and profitability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant documents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
