About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Speaking SEO Executive to join our team at Assembly - Global. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies from the ground up, working closely with our clients in the fashion and beauty space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive business growth and improve online visibility
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits, CVW audits, and content audits to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to win new business and deliver high-quality SEO deliverables to clients
  • Train and develop junior members of the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Innovate across all aspects of SEO, from technical to on-site, to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in SEO with proven experience in developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing a small team and providing guidance and support to junior team members
