Job Title: Apprentice Installation Technician

Clearwater People Solutions is seeking a skilled Apprentice Installation Technician to join our team. As an Apprentice Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation of electric vehicle charging stations, working closely with project managers, electricians, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install electric vehicle charging stations, adhering to work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations, and installation guides.
  2. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed and share best practices.
  3. Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions.
  5. Liaise with the supervisor and provide updates.
Requirements:
  1. NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification or approved apprenticeship.
  2. 1-3 years of Commercial/Industrial experience.
  3. Full UK Driving License.
  4. JIB/CSCS Gold Card.
  5. City & Guilds 2919 Electric Vehicle Charging (or equivalent).
  6. City & Guilds BS7671: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  7. City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) (Desirable).
  8. Experience with DC Chargers (Desirable).
  9. SSSTS (Desirable).
