Project Management Office Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office Lead to join our team at UP3, a dedicated ServiceNow Managed Service provider. As a key member of our project management office, you will play a vital role in optimizing, leading, and overseeing the effective and efficient execution of our project management office for all our customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support workstream leaders in developing and implementing PMO strategies, methodologies, and best practices to support UP3's strategic goals and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Project governance: Enforce project management standards, processes, and governance frameworks and ensure compliance with established methodologies.
  • Resource management: Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize utilization and project delivery.
  • Performance tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and effectiveness, providing regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience in resource management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
