About the Role:
Puro Accountancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team of accounting professionals. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of top-notch accounting and tax services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting and tax services
- Prepare and review annual accounts, tax computations, and VAT returns
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, with a focus on training and development
- Offer financial guidance while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Nurture strong client relationships, identifying avenues for business expansion and enhancement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within a UK practice accountancy firm
- ACCA or ACA qualification ideally
- Consideration will also be given to Part-qualified individuals or those who are QBE
