About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Grosvenor Pubs & Inns. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior chefs and kitchen staff

Requirements
