Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Specialist to join our team at The British Library. As a key member of our Digital Library Systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of systems, applications, and services.

As a Digital Asset Specialist, you will work closely with various teams and departments to deliver and improve services. You will be responsible for providing support for our new Digital Repository, running on Microsoft Windows servers, and ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers.

We offer a hybrid working environment, with a balance of onsite and remote work. You will be based either at St Pancras, London or Boston Spa, West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the Digital Repository and other applications in the systems portfolio
  • Work closely with teams and departments to deliver and improve services
  • Ensure the smooth running of systems, applications, and services

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in system support
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
