Project Engineer (2 positions)

We are seeking two Project Engineers to lead site operations and manage day-to-day tasks for the delivery of contractual O&M programs, working closely with site Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute and manage HV maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and site regulations.
  2. Plan work scopes and coordinate with Project Managers to deliver maintenance programs, leveraging technical knowledge of Offshore Wind System lifecycle stages.
  3. Complete maintenance reports, update asset management systems, and liaise with the Asset Management Team to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Manage sub-contractors for planned and reactive maintenance, providing standby support for Fault & Emergency Services.
  5. Support additional works by logging issues, liaising on technical queries, and delivering work packages, utilizing project management, planning, and design experience.
  6. Draft Monthly and Annual Client Reports, highlighting key project milestones and achievements.
  7. Maintain site compliance with HSE requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  8. Coordinate outage requests to Transmission Network Operators, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
Candidate Profile:

Experience in operational team management within transmission, construction, or O&M renewables environments.

Strong background in wind farm design, construction, and O&M, with a degree or HND in a suitable engineering discipline (preferably Electrical Engineering).

Extensive High Voltage Systems experience, with technical knowledge of Offshore Wind System lifecycle stages.

Full UK driving license, with project management, planning, and design experience.

Ability to work in a 24/7 service environment, with travel to respond to fault calls and carry out remedial work onshore and offshore.
