Job Summary

OH Staffing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert case management and health surveillance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of up to 6 cases per day, providing comprehensive and timely support to employees and employers.
  • Conduct health surveillance activities, including audiometry, spirometry, and HAV assessments, to identify and mitigate potential health risks.
  • Develop and implement effective health promotion strategies to improve employee well-being and reduce workplace hazards.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Hold a high level of security clearance and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
  • Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with a strong background in case management and health surveillance.
  • Proficient in interpreting health surveillance results and developing effective health promotion strategies.
  • Full driving license and access to a car for travel to client sites.
  • High level of security clearance and ability to maintain confidentiality.
