About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading in the classroom through positive behaviour management techniques in the absence of a teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to expand their CV and gain experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities for students.
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
  • Foster a inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist and lead with classroom management and behaviour support.
  • Have the ability to create and maintain good relations with students, staff and parents.
  • Relevant qualifications on SEND training are desirable but not essential.
