Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Culinary Apprentice. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food to the highest standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the achievement of kitchen targets and objectives
