We are looking for a proficient and dependable Reach Truck and Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) Operator to enhance our warehouse operations.

The successful applicant will possess a solid background in maneuvering reach trucks and PPTs, ensuring the seamless transportation and storage of merchandise within the facility.

Beyond operating these vehicles, the individual will engage in various warehouse responsibilities, including stock management, order fulfillment, and upholding a tidy and secure working atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

Reach Truck and PPT Management:

  • Reach Truck Operation: Safely and effectively drive reach trucks to move, stack, and store items in specified locations within the warehouse.
  • PPT Operation: Utilize powered pallet trucks to relocate pallets of products throughout the warehouse, guaranteeing prompt and precise delivery to designated areas.

Loading and Unloading:
Efficiently load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper storage within the warehouse.

  • Pallet Management: Skillfully manage pallets, ensuring they are securely stacked and stored in compliance with safety regulations.

General Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Precisely pick and pack orders in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring the correct items are selected for dispatch.
  • Stock Management: Assist with routine inventory counts and maintain precise stock records, reporting any inconsistencies to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Receiving Deliveries: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, noting any damaged or missing items.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following housekeeping protocols, properly labeling areas, and adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Shipping Preparation: Aid in preparing shipments for dispatch, including packing, labeling, and loading goods onto transport vehicles.
  • Equipment Care: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of warehouse machinery, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with fellow warehouse personnel and supervisors to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
