About the Role

As an Assistant Manager at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a key role in driving the success of our stores. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management and stock control
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a proven track record of leading and developing teams, with a strong focus on customer experience and visual merchandising.
