Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arborist Team Leader to join our team at Wolverhampton Tree Service Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Ground and Aerial Arborists in providing exceptional tree care services to commercial clients.
  • Ensure efficient and safe operation of ground and aerial equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for team members.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tree care needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality work standards, adhering to industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Arborist Team Leader or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of arboriculture principles, practices, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid certifications and qualifications in arboriculture.
