Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Fire Design Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Project Managers in the delivery of Smoke Ventilation and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Develop and implement risk and method statements to ensure project success
- Collate and analyze detailed project reports, including quality and progress metrics
- Coordinate onsite deliveries and ensure timely completion of projects
- Assist the accounts department with project-related financial management
- Monitor and control project costs, advising the business on profit/loss
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ensure resources are allocated in line with client programs and monitor progress
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely information and certification for FDS life safety installed systems
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team player attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a clear understanding of company vision and values
- Smart and professional appearance
- Ability to work on multiple discipline projects
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Valid UK driving license
