Job Title: Senior Client Service Specialist

At Baldwin Risk Partners, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing small business renewal accounts from start to finish, working closely with new business advisors, and analyzing client data to evaluate needs and create effective risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exclusive point of contact for all client renewal processes
  • Facilitate policy marketing, quoting, and underwriting processes on renewals
  • Deliver accurate quotes that meet or exceed client requests
  • Develop relationships with various insurance carriers
  • Act as liaison between current clients and the Baldwin Risk Partners team
  • Consult clients on the right insurance coverage as they grow and scale their companies
  • Serve as a client advocate in driving Baldwin Risk Partners products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client inquiries and questions in a timely manner, handling policy changes/endorsements, and issuing certificates of insurance
  • Update and improve internal information management systems
  • Compile and generate all relevant paperwork to bind client insurance policies
Requirements:
  • An insurance broker's license is a plus
  • Interest in insurance and a passion for customer service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
