About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Eastleigh & Chandlers Ford. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical services to support our clients in maintaining their independence in their own homes.

You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical services to support clients in maintaining their independence
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Support clients with their daily routines and activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
  • Car driver with access to a suitable vehicle
  • Over 18 years old
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
