Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to join our client's expanding team in the North West region. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of all works on site, ensuring accurate execution and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage site operations to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and maintain risk assessments and method statements
- Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel
- Manage site activities, including ordering materials and plant, and coordinating with subcontractors
- Lead and manage an in-house team, as well as specialist subcontractors
- Monitor and report on programme, resources, production, and productivity to meet project requirements
- Identify and resolve technical difficulties, and implement improvements to progress and quality
- Establish and enforce working parameters, and assess performance
Requirements:
- Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)
- Proven experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, roads, and highways
- Strong site management skills, with excellent communication and people management skills
