Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee coordination for extensive buildouts and infrastructure upgrades.

- Collaborate with Project Managers and client representatives.

- Initiate and track project timelines and completion dates.

- Regularly update databases to monitor project progress.

- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.

- Perform additional tasks as required.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Demonstrated experience in managing a complete project life cycle.

- Strong understanding of project governance and oversight.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning various software systems.

- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.

- Technical knowledge or basic experience in telecommunications is a plus.

- Outstanding ability to analyze data and leverage it for informed business decisions.
