Role Objective
The Clinical Education Specialist will play a crucial role within our collaborative team, focusing on driving sales growth for our targeted brands by delivering exceptional clinical education. This position is essential in fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Urgo is recognized as a preferred partner in the industry.
Field-Based Responsibilities
This role will primarily involve fieldwork, necessitating travel to meet customer and business requirements across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Sales Team in sustaining and expanding the compression business by training NHS Clinical Staff on the principles and application of compression therapy.
- Deliver top-tier clinical training to both existing and prospective nursing professionals, empowering Product Specialists to enhance the Advanced Wound Care Brands.
- Conduct engaging and innovative clinical training sessions that foster strong customer relationships.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Nurse (current qualification) Band 5 with demonstrated expertise in leg ulcers, their causes, and treatment methodologies.
- Outstanding presentation abilities, with the confidence to address large audiences in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Strong influencing capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A valid Clean Driver's license is required due to the travel component of the role.
Location
This position will involve travel across designated regions as necessary.
