About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer to join our team as an Events Assistant. As a key member of our events team, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging experience for our visitors and other volunteers in our Green Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of events in our Green Hub
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to visitors and other volunteers
  • Help to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
  • Assist with event setup and teardown
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic knowledge of event planning and management
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 hours per month
