Position Overview:
A Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP is sought to join a Principal Contractor Joint Venture, focusing on a major rail infrastructure project.

Employment Type:
This is a permanent position located in North West London, offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Compensation:
Salary starts from £65K, accompanied by a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee the commercial aspects of MEP fit-out across various project packages. Key duties include:
  • Managing both main contract and subcontract administration.
  • Overseeing supply chain management and contract administration.
  • Implementing commercial document control and cost management.
  • Conducting commercial reporting and planning.
  • Drafting and reviewing subcontract documentation and tender information.
  • Coordinating with the MEP team to ensure alignment across all project sections.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A postgraduate background in the construction sector with a proven record of success.
  • Experience with NEC contracts.
  • Strong financial and commercial insight.
