GTS International Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to work closely with our senior management and finance team to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly management reports and accounts to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development and implementation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial projections and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and advice to the manufacturing site leadership team, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Cost Management: Approve and manage costing information for bids, ensuring accurate pricing and competitiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor an assistant accountant, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in finance or business discipline.
  • Qualifications: Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a finance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in MRP systems, ideally SAP.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
