The Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to build friendships with our residents, help them adjust to life in a care home, and deliver a high level of personal and psychological care. The successful candidate will maintain good communication levels with the Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef, and relatives to ensure smooth operation of the role and high levels of co-operation.

  • To build strong relationships with our residents and support their well-being.
  • To deliver a high level of personal and psychological care to all residents in a professional manner.
  • To maintain good communication levels with the team to ensure smooth operation of the role.
  • To complete records where required to a satisfactory standard.
  • To maintain client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times.
  • To plan and coordinate activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • To maintain an awareness of the Health and Safety requirements.
