Job Title: Fruit Preservation Specialist
Job Summary:
Brightwork Ltd is seeking a skilled Fruit Preservation Specialist to join our team. As a Fruit Preservation Specialist, you will be responsible for ripening produce in accordance with customer demand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ripening produce to meet customer requirements
- Maintaining adequate stock levels to ensure efficient production
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation
- Liaising with external hauliers to ensure timely delivery of produce
- Conducting intake checks to ensure quality control
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with fresh produce is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literacy is essential for this role
- Previous experience in a production or stock control environment is advantageous
