Data Migration Test Lead VP

Cer Financial Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Test Lead VP to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data migration testing strategies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document comprehensive test strategies for data migration activities.
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of data migration testing, including functional, system, and acceptance testing.
  • Ensure data quality standards are adhered to during the migration process.
  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers.
  • Generate detailed reports on testing activities and maintain thorough documentation of all testing activities and findings.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
  • Identify and collect relevant data from multiple sources.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to perform advanced data analysis and modeling.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data migration and testing activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in data migration, data migration testing, and data management.
  • Proficiency in using ETL tools and migration tools.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database technologies.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and maintain Risk (RAID) Logs.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
