Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Millbrook House, Soham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling elderly residents to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for aiding residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas, communal spaces, and their bedrooms. You will also assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living tasks
  • Assist with personal care activities
  • Encourage residents to participate in recreational and social activities
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect
