Fire Risk Assessor Role
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team in London. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments on various properties, including housing stock, care homes, and student accommodation. You will also be responsible for managing works related to fire risk assessments, inspections, and surveys.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct fire risk assessments on Sanctuary and Swan stock, as well as occasional assessments on care homes, supported living sites, and student accommodation
* Manage works related to fire risk assessments, inspections, and surveys
* Produce reports and documentation for work specifications to assist in addressing and resolving issues
* Maintain records of fire risk assessments and related activities
**Requirements**
* Level 4 FPA qualified (level 3 accepted when working towards level 4) or equivalent
* Proven track record of FRA delivery
* Working knowledge of legislation and current practices
* Colin Todd specialised certification on purpose block of flats, residential care homes, or equivalent would be advantageous
* Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
