Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience on the sales floor and at service points, prioritizing customer needs above all.
- Maintain 'best in town' standards through effective presentation, product availability, and cleanliness of the store.
- Utilize your product knowledge to effectively sell and recommend our offerings to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their preferences and make tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with your team to adapt to the dynamic retail environment and achieve common goals.
While full training will be provided, the following skills would be advantageous:
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to daily operations.
