Job Title: Carpenter (Responsive Repairs)

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join our Responsive Repairs Team in the Basingstoke area.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, requiring a skilled Carpenter to carry out various carpentry repairs in our properties and elsewhere. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in the Residential/Housing sector, and be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 or have a minimum of 5 years proven track record working in carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry, including installing windows, doors, door frames, and UPVC servicing and installation.
  • Perform locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling, and picking.
  • Install all types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels.
  • Kitchen fitting, kitchen building, and minor joinery.

Requirements:
  • Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 2 years experience
