About the Role

Our Corporate team is involved in a range of complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, working with a local and international client base. We are uniquely positioned in Northern Ireland, offering a combination of local market-leading expertise and knowledge, with the strength and depth of resources of an international firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to leading companies from all industry sectors, as well as private equity and venture capital providers, in relation to their corporate activity in Northern Ireland.
  • Work within an award-winning team to develop and implement corporate strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates with 3+ years PQE.
  • Experience of working within a large, medium, or boutique corporate law firm.
  • A keen interest in learning technically and through our development programmes.
  • Excellent drafting skills, solid technical knowledge, and good interpersonal ability.
  • Strong communication, client management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • A team player who will actively engage with our culture and core values.
