About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Elysium Healthcare. As a qualified Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adult men with mental health conditions in our Mental Health service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Provide mentorship and support to team members
- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
