Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader:

In your role as a Team Leader, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will inspire and guide a team of care assistants, ensuring that the residents' needs are always prioritized.

Key Duties Include:

  • Providing outstanding care and assistance to residents
  • Maintaining high standards of care consistently
  • Supervising and motivating the care team
  • Assisting residents with their personal care requirements
  • Administering medications according to established protocols
  • Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, addressing any concerns swiftly
  • Encouraging effective communication and collaboration within the team

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A compassionate individual with experience in elderly care, especially in dementia support
  • A confident leader who can guide a care team and advocate for resident welfare
  • Skilled in developing, reviewing, and understanding care plans
  • Holds an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and possesses current medication training
  • Flexible and open to covering both day and night shifts
