Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and sustaining a quality approach that permeates every function of the business.
Main Responsibilities:- Quality Improvement Tools: Utilize and encourage the use of quality improvement tools (8D, 5 Why...) across the business to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Quality: Ensure that customer quality is maintained and improved through effective quality management practices.
- Quality Management System: Ensure control with the QMS is maintained, and processes and systems are improved to support business growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a structured approach to quality is executed and sustained.
- Team Development: Mentor, develop, and coach the Quality inspection team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
