Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our team at Roadside Motors Limited. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective repair of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Repair Vehicles: Utilize franchise-approved technical equipment to diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems.
  • Utilize Technical Resources: Leverage manufacturer technical support and organizational procedures to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
  • Service and Maintenance: Conduct routine services and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and organizational standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open communication with service reception and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and support.
  • Warranty and Compliance: Identify and complete warranty repairs in accordance with organizational and manufacturer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a full driving license and any relevant certifications or qualifications.
