About This Role

As a Quantitative Strategist in our Global Banking division, you will play a critical role in driving our business decisions through advanced analytical methods. Working closely with bankers, traders, and portfolio managers, you will leverage your mathematical, programming, and logical thinking skills to deliver innovative solutions that power our success in global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quantitative models to drive business growth and optimize risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Analyze complex financial and technical challenges to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably in a trading floor environment
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, computer science, or physics
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
  • Mathematical finance knowledge and experience with risk management systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
