Nurse Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Hero Recruitment Limited. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership and clinical expertise to our care staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting residents with complex needs and dependency levels
- Providing clinical nursing to residents, including medication management and infection prevention and control procedures
- Developing tailored care plans to deliver excellence in care
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of clinical excellence within the home
- Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC
- Valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as assisting residents with their mobility
- Experience in complex care, including peg feeds, ventilators, and tracheostomy management
- Monday to Sunday shifts
- 10 hour and 12 hour shifts
- Free uniform
- Free parking
