Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our Children's Residential Complex Trauma Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

About the Role

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.65, depending on experience and qualifications, plus sleep ins. You will receive a monthly rota and 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum. This is a 365-day-a-year job, including Christmas and New Year, but it's even more fun when you celebrate with the children.

Benefits

We offer a refer-a-friend payment scheme, enrolment on a workplace pension scheme after three months of employment, and progression opportunities within the company. You will also receive fully paid 10-day induction course, enhanced DBS, and enrolment on NVQ level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce after successful completion of six-month probationary period.
