About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our chefs in delivering high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation to the highest standards
  • Support the Head Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and food safety protocols
  • Contribute to the success of the kitchen team by being proactive and flexible

Requirements
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
  • Strong knowledge of best practice on all things allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety
