Job Summary:

360 Resourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Bathroom Fitter to join our team. As a Wet Room Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining bathrooms and wet rooms to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and rectify faults in bathroom and wet room installations
  • Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards
  • Support other trades to deliver a professional and safe void maintenance service
  • Respond to emergency situations and resolve them efficiently
  • Follow applicable Health & Safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a Property Maintenance environment
  • NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing
  • Ability to perform at least 3 other trades to an excellent standard
  • Full Driving Licence
  • CSCS card (desirable)
  • PASMA/IPAF (desirable)
  • Experience in installing bathrooms and wet rooms, including:
    • Isolating and removing existing domestic bathrooms
    • Fitting level access shower trays in concrete or timber floors
    • Fitting baths
    • Preparing work/bathrooms for other trades
    • Fitting pumps and boxes
    • Fitting first and second fix WC, shower units, WHB, screens, and disabled grab rails
    • Tiling bathrooms (desirable skill)
