- Project Management: Manage data integration workstream, reporting exceptions, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including partner organisations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Technical Contact: Serve as the primary technical contact for all workstream leads, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans and project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Future Planning: Develop future data integration plans, including onboarding new partners and data enhancements, to improve the shared care record.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
