We are seeking an experienced EL/PL Lawyer to join our client's Liverpool city centre office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling litigated employer's and public liability files valued up to £25,000.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled EL/PL Lawyer to take on a fast-track caseload of defendant EL/PL files. You will be responsible for assessing liability and quantum, dealing with disclosure, and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a caseload of litigated EL/PL files valued up to £25,000
  • Assess liability and quantum
  • Deal with disclosure
  • Provide excellent client service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience handling your own litigated caseload of EL/PL files valued up to £25,000
  • Good communication and IT skills
  • Qualification with 0-2 years PQE (although this is a guide, and those with more experience are encouraged to apply)
