Job Description

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Junior Microbiologist to join their team in the healthcare industry. This is a contract position based in Liverpool, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct microbiological testing of water systems and drug products.
  • Perform microbiological testing on samples from raw materials, in-process, release, and stability.
  • Monitor the environmental conditions of unclassified production area packrooms.
  • Support laboratory activities and perform validation maintenance of analytical methods.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Microbiology or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience with sample dilutions, analytical weighing, aseptic technique, pipetting, and plate reading.
  • Understanding of a GMP environment.
  • Previous laboratory experience.
