Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days, including weekends and public holidays. Typical shifts are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring no evening or split shifts.

Compensation

The annual salary for this role is £24,000.

Employment Type

This is a permanent position.

Role Responsibilities

As a Pastry Chef, you will:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and a small kitchen team.
  • Prepare a variety of baked goods from scratch, utilizing fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting your colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Experienced in professional baking or culinary arts.
  • Passionate about food and possess a friendly demeanor.
  • Competent in following recipes and batch preparation.
  • Aware of health and safety regulations.
