Role Overview

EdEx - Education Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Student Support Assistant to join our team. As a Student Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with their academic attainment, wellbeing, social skills, and those requiring additional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with their academic attainment through targeted interventions and booster sessions
  • Collaborate with class teachers to support students' development academically
  • Develop and implement small group and one-to-one interventions to support students who are struggling academically
  • Provide additional support to students who require it, including those with special educational needs

Requirements

  • Hold a degree from a reputable university
  • Be passionate about assisting students from all backgrounds
  • Be confident in communicating with a range of individuals
  • Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
