The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our client's team. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Cash Flow Management
    • Manage cash flow to ensure the business has sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to stakeholders, including the parent group
  • Payroll and Benefits
    • Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Financial Systems and Processes
    • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
