About the Role
We are currently seeking a Business Support Assistant to join our team. This role is based in Bridgwater and offers a competitive salary of approximately GBP 24,000, along with an annual bonus and additional benefits. The position is permanent and full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish purpose and direction surrounding OGSM deliverables.
- Oversee payroll and HR administration, including time and attendance and holiday tracking.
- Assist with site personnel processes.
- Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
- Understand the implications of personal and team actions on achieving site/business OGSM and its impact on profitability.
- Manage uniform and PPE orders, including stock control and distribution of cleaning and stationery supplies.
- Generate and distribute reports for the site.
- Exhibit leadership in health and safety by promoting the Müller safety culture.
- Handle general office and facilities management, including coordinating hospitality as needed.
- Ensure site communications are current, including notice boards and newsletter distribution.
- Maintain professional communication with all contacts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the site, performing reception duties when necessary.
- Investigate credit control claims.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities within the workplace and initiate personal projects.
- Assist in planning and organizing site events.
- Provide support during instances such as annual leave.
- Help deliver site inductions and onboarding processes.
