- Rotate through all sites delivering care, including Hyperacute Stroke Unit, Inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation, and Inpatient Neurological Outliers.

- Participate in quality improvement and innovation projects to enhance patient experience and care.
As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in on-going service review, developments, and delivery across the Trust's stroke and neurology pathways.
You will have opportunities to participate in quality improvement and innovation projects, and contribute to the education, training, and development of Band 5 Therapists, Therapy Assistants, and multidisciplinary staff.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Essential criteria include HCPC registration, postgraduate training in specialist areas, a degree or diploma in occupational therapy, and a full driving license with access to a vehicle.
Desirable criteria include specialist training in cognition, perception, and normal movement, basic first-line management training, and student accreditation course.
