About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Support Lawyer to join our Projects Department on a part-time basis (1-2 days per week). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our leading Projects Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate a comprehensive legal training programme for our lawyers, paralegals, legal executives, trainees, and apprentices.
  • Facilitate the sharing of knowledge within the team by encouraging the collation and dissemination of technical know-how using our knowledge management tools.
  • Supervise the use of online platforms and contribute your expertise to delivering innovative digital and automated solutions for our projects practice.
  • Provide consultancy on technical legal issues and legislative or practice developments as a trusted adviser for our team.
Requirements
  • Relevant practical experience providing regulatory and commercial legal advice on large-scale projects.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • At least 6 years of relevant PQE and experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • SRA registered lawyer.
  • Experience working as a Professional Support Lawyer is highly desirable but not necessary.
